Pattern Description

The Lovely Cardigan is a loose-fitting, cozy, and fully customizable knitting pattern. It can be knitted with your single skeins or in a single color.

This cardigan is knitted from the bottom up:

• Start with ribbing at the bottom of the body
• Then the back and front halves are knitted separately to form the armholes
• Sleeves are picked up and knitted afterwards, with several shape and color options available
• The double stockinette button band is knitted at the end

Several color and finishing options are available for a unique and personalized result.

Bust circumference (finished, ease included): 110 – 135 – 150 cm

Adjustable back length: short 50 cm – midi 58 cm – maxi 64 cm or more

Recommended Materials

Yarn: Super Doucette Wooliette – mohair & silk (420 m/50 g)

• Short version: 6 skeins (2520 m, 4 strands)
• Midi version: 7 skeins (2940 m, 4 strands)
• Maxi version: 8 skeins (3360 m, 4 strands)

Needles and accessories:

• 6 mm circular needles for ribbing and body
• 4 mm needles for button band (double stockinette)
• Long cable 80–120 cm
• Stitch markers, buttons (5–7 of 2.5 cm), scale if needed
